2026年7月30日，先声药业集团有限公司（02096）发布盈利预告，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月（下称“2026年上半年”）主要财务指标大幅增长。
先声药业预计2026年上半年收入约45.5亿元至46.1亿元，较2025年上半年录得的35.85亿元增加约26.9%至28.6%。
同期，公司预期归属权益股东的利润约8.1亿元至8.6亿元，对比2025年上半年的6.01亿元，增幅约34.8%至43.1%。
扣除以公允价值计量且其变动计入损益的金融资产和联营公司收益、赎回负债利息费用及相关所得税影响后，先声药业预计2026年上半年的经调整归属权益股东的利润约9.5亿元至10.0亿元，较2025年上半年的6.49亿元增长约46.5%至54.2%。
公司将上述增长主要归因于创新药收入及对外授权许可收入的增加。
先声药业表示，相关数据基于对未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，最终业绩仍有待审计师及董事会审计委员会审阅确认。公司计划于2026年8月下旬公布2026年上半年业绩。
