鑫苑物业服务集团有限公司（股票代码：01895，上市于香港联合交易所主板）宣布，董事会已提呈购回股份授权方案，拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求批准，于授权生效期间可回购不超过公司已发行股份总数10%的股份。根据公告，截至2026年5月29日，鑫苑服务已发行股本约5.93亿股，若该授权获股东大会通过，公司最多可购回约5930.38万股。
公司表示，购回资金将依据公司组织章程、开曼群岛适用法律以及香港上市规则之规定，从合法可运用的资金中支付。董事会指出，本次购回可为公司提供在适当时机回购股份的灵活性，并有助于提高每股资产净值或调整资本结构，认为该授权符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。公告称，此项回购计划预期不会对公司营运资金或负债水平均衡产生重大不利影响。
根据公告数据，过去十二个月，鑫苑服务在香港联交所的最高交易价为每股0.63港元，最低交易价为每股0.32港元。董事会呼吁股东于2026年6月26日在中国北京恒通商务园公司会议室举行的股东周年大会上审议并表决该回购提案。届时，若授权获得通过，公司将根据上市规则的相关要求推行回购，并严格遵守联交所及相关适用法律法规的规定。
