6月23日，商务部等9部门今日联合发布《关于培育壮大汽车后市场消费若干措施的通知》，围绕汽车改装、房车露营、传统经典车等6大领域推出17项举措，着力破除制度限制、优化供给、培育新业态。同日，商务部等8部门还公布了汽车流通消费改革试点城市名单，40个试点城市将聚焦汽车后市场，以及新车消费、二手车流通、报废车回收利用等环节先行先试。
