The telecommunications operator recorded no share issuances, cancellations, conversions, option exercises, warrant exercises or other equity movements during the month. All sections covering share options, warrants, convertibles and other share-related arrangements were marked “Not applicable,” underscoring the absence of equity activity.
China Unicom confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1) regarding public float. The company continues to meet the minimum 10% public free-float threshold applicable at the time of listing.
The disclosure, filed on 1 September 2026 by Company Secretary Chan Ngar Wai, indicates that the group’s capital structure and shareholder base remained stable through the period, reflecting no movement in its 30.60 billion issued ordinary shares.
