PICC Group (01339) announced that effective December 24, 2025, Ms. Gao Tian has been appointed to replace Mr. Ou Lizhi as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process documents and notices. This appointment complies with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law).
