本次购回的4,376,000股股份将持作库藏股，购回后公司于2026年5月21日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量为4,420,867,300股，库藏股数量增至4,441,500股，已发行股份总数仍为4,425,308,800股。购回授权于2025年6月6日获得股东大会通过，授权可回购股份总数为433,530,880股，本次回购占授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.101%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
