ELEGANCE OPTICAL (00907) announced that the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) had previously determined the company's non-compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules. The company subsequently requested a review of this decision by the Listing Committee.

The review hearing took place on December 2, 2025. On December 16, 2025, the company received a notice from HKEX stating that after considering all submitted materials (both written and oral) from the company and the Listing Division, the Committee concluded that ELEGANCE OPTICAL failed to maintain sufficient business operations or assets of sufficient value under Rule 13.24 to justify continued listing.

Accordingly, the Committee upheld the Listing Division's decision to suspend trading of the company's shares under Rule 6.01(3) of the Listing Rules.
