Kangqiao Service postpones AGM to 23 June 2026 and adds director re-election resolution

Kangqiao Service Group Limited has rescheduled its 2026 annual general meeting from 16 June 2026 to 23 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m., maintaining the original venue—Conference Room, 24F, Huacheng International Center, 80 Daxue Road, Erqi District, Zhengzhou, Henan, PRC.

Key agenda change • An additional ordinary resolution will be tabled to re-elect Mr. Cai Xiqing as an executive director, alongside the items originally set out in the April 29 notice. All resolutions will be decided by poll.

Revised timetable for shareholder eligibility • Share register closure: previously 11–16 June 2026; now 17–23 June 2026 (both dates inclusive). • Record date for voting rights: shifted from 11 June 2026 to 17 June 2026. • Deadline for lodging share transfers: 4:30 p.m. on 16 June 2026 at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shops 1712–1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Proxy arrangements • A revised proxy form reflecting the new resolution accompanies the supplemental circular dated 5 June 2026. • Shareholders may appoint more than one proxy; joint holders’ voting seniority will follow the share register order.
