Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (“Hengrui Pharma”) disclosed that Ms. Liu Xiaohan resigned from her position as joint company secretary, effective 19 August 2026. According to the board, Ms. Liu departed without any disagreement with directors and confirmed that no matters require shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention.

Following the change, the remaining joint company secretary, Ms. Leung Wing Han Sharon, will assume full responsibilities as the sole company secretary.

The board expressed appreciation for Ms. Liu’s contributions during her tenure and affirmed organisational continuity under the leadership of Chairman Mr. Sun Piaoyang. As of the announcement date, Hengrui Pharma’s board consists of six executive directors, one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors.
