ENN ENERGY: Baoju Zhao Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 35.17%

On September 23, 2026, Baoju Zhao acquired 300,000 shares of ENN ENERGY (02688) via an off-exchange transaction through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, at an average of HKD 48.0317 per share, involving approximately HKD 14.41 million. The off-exchange trade was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, Baoju Zhao's long position in ENN ENERGY was 397.80 million shares, representing 35.15%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 398.10 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 35.17%.
