消息方面：
云锋金融公布，以先旧后新方式，配售1.91亿股，占扩大后股本约4.71%，每股作价6.1元，较昨日(15日)收市价7.33元折让约16.8%。 公司预期，配售事项所得款项净额约11.5亿元，当中约70%用作系统设施升级开支、人才招聘及相关资本金需求，包括但不限于推出全面的虚拟资产交易服务及虚拟资产相关投资管理服务；约30%用作一般营运资金，以支付集团日常业务过程中产生的开支。
