江西铜业股份有限公司（00358）8月26日公告，公司第十届董事会第十九次会议已于2026年8月25日审议通过《关于2026年半年度计提资产减值准备的议案》。2026年上半年，公司在合并报表范围内共计提资产减值准备2,904.54百万元，具体情况如下：
1. 存货跌价准备2,494.27百万元，其中子公司恒邦股份计提624.14百万元。 2. 固定资产减值准备272.31百万元。 3. 在建工程减值准备88.00百万元。 4. 勘探成本减值准备21.84百万元。 5. 投资性房地产减值准备4.62百万元。 6. 信用减值损失235.0百万元（含计提坏账准备902.6百万元、转回坏账准备667.6百万元）。
上述减值准备合计对公司2026年半年度归属于母公司净利润影响金额约为1,621.08百万元。
董事会及其审计委员会表示，本次计提符合《企业会计准则》及公司相关会计政策，能够客观、公允地反映公司截至2026年6月30日的资产状况。所有议案均获董事会审议通过。
公司同时指出，其在存货采购环节持续实施套期保值策略，对冲了铜价波动风险，并将继续关注市场变化，优化风险管理。
