该融资计划赋予公司高度灵活性，可在市场条件有利时通过海伍德证券作为销售代理，在加拿大证券交易所及场外交易市场分批出售普通股。募集资金将用于推进比特币闪电网络节点运营及流动性路由技术研发，同时强化企业营运资本储备。
