Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access can obtain printed copies of the report and all future corporate communications free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8120-ecom@vistra.com. The company undertakes to dispatch requested hard copies within seven business days.
