Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Grand Hotel Group, announced on Nov, 27 2025 the launch of The Langley, a new mixed-use precinct on Perth’s riverside that unifies three assets—Residence on Langley Park, 18 Terrace Road and Shoppe on Langley Park—under a single identity.
The development’s accommodation component, Residence on Langley Park, occupies the top nine floors and provides 367 rooms and suites. Fifty-one of these rooms were converted into serviced apartments in early 2025, and additional upgrades, including pickleball courts, are scheduled for early 2026.
The commercial element, 18 Terrace Road, offers about 14,800 square metres of office space across three levels, with parking and direct links to the precinct’s retail, dining and accommodation facilities.
Retail hub Shoppe on Langley Park features food, medical, fitness and lifestyle outlets beneath a 23-metre-high translucent canopy, with existing tenants including Foodies Market (IGA), Next Practice Medical Centre, LuxeGlo Medical Aesthetics, Porters Liquor, Zambrero, Langley Park Nails and 24-hour gym The Track.
Located roughly one kilometre from Perth’s central business district, The Langley is accessible via the city’s free transit zone and CAT bus network and is situated near attractions such as Optus Stadium, Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park.
