多家券商对此业绩表示看好。开源证券指出，公司2025年营收利润稳健增长，毛利率和净利率均同比提升，物业服务在管面积保持双位数增长，园区服务、咨询服务业务协同发展、稳中有进，看好后续利润修复，维持“买入”评级。光大证券也表示，公司经过系列提质增效措施，盈利能力逐步改善，估值具备吸引力，同样维持“买入”评级。
