Winfair Investment Releases 2025/26 Annual Report and Confirms Full Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Jul 27

Winfair Investment Company Limited announced on 27 July 2026 that its Annual Report 2025/26—together with the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and the related proxy form—has been published in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.winfairinvestment.com). Printed copies are being dispatched only to shareholders who previously requested hard-copy communications.

In alignment with the expanded paperless listing regime (HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A) effective since 31 December 2023, the company confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, which include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be hosted online, replacing routine physical mailings.

To facilitate timely delivery, Winfair Investment is soliciting shareholders’ electronic contact details. Existing holders and new registrants are asked to provide functional email addresses via a QR-code-enabled reply form or by emailing winfair.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Key deadlines and options: 1. Electronic receipt (default): If no written objection or reply is received by 24 August 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to receive all future corporate communications via the company’s website, with notifications sent by email or post. 2. Printed copies on request: Investors preferring hard-copy materials may submit a written or emailed request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (Hopewell Centre, 17M/F, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). Such instructions remain valid for one year from receipt. 3. Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be dispatched electronically when a valid email is on file; otherwise, they will continue to be posted in hard copy.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangements can be directed to the company’s share registrar via the above email. The announcement was authorised for release by Board Chairman Ng Tai Wai.
