Palinda Group Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notification dated 28 April 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on both the company website (www.palinda.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed materials have received hard copies of the Annual Report, while the ESG Report is accessible online. The company is encouraging a transition to electronic communication: shareholders may register an email address to receive future alerts when corporate communications are posted online, thereby replacing printed notification letters.

To facilitate the shift, Palinda Group has provided a reply form allowing shareholders to: 1. Supply or update an email address for electronic notifications. 2. Request printed copies of corporate communications at any time without charge if online access proves difficult.
