绿心集团有限公司（股票代码：94）宣布，将于2026年03月17日（星期二）派发每股0.01港元的特别股息，以现金方式派付给于2026年02月24日（星期二）营业时间结束时名列股东名册的股东。
本次特别股息的股东名册登记将于2026年02月23日（星期一）至2026年02月24日（星期二）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理过户手续。股东如拟享有特别股息，须于2026年02月20日（星期五）下午四时三十分前递交相关过户文件及股票，以确保在上述时间完成过户。
公司同时公告，其与买方就出售事项签署的其中一份买卖协议已于2026年01月30日（星期五）完成，另一份买卖协议的完成仍有待先决条件达成或豁免。
