The Board of Directors of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618) has announced the approval of a proposal concerning the appointment of a Chief Compliance Officer for the Bank. The Board has agreed to appoint Mr. Sui Jun to the position of Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank.
