公告显示，自2026年2月3日至4月30日，公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购H股普通股5,854,000股，占该公司于2026年1月26日回购授权通过当日已发行股本的0.8237%。根据公告，回购授权允许公司最多回购71,068,930股股份。
由于本次回购股份尚未注销，截至2026年4月30日，公司已发行股本维持在710,689,300股，且无库藏股。公司确认，本次股份回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，并已履行 benodigde 审批程序。
公告同时指出，在本次回购完成后30日内，公司将暂停新股发行及出售或转让任何库藏股份的计划，暂止期至2026年5月30日。公告由董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官宋奇签署。
