CIFI HOLD GP (00884) has announced its sales performance for May 2026.

The group achieved contract sales, including those from joint ventures and associates, of approximately RMB 860 million during the month, representing a month-on-month increase of 28.36%.

The contracted sales area for May was approximately 86,800 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 11,200 per square meter.

Additionally, contract sales attributable to the company's equity holders amounted to approximately RMB 470 million, reflecting a month-on-month growth of 38.24%.

For the cumulative period from January to May, the group's total contract sales, including joint ventures and associates, reached approximately RMB 3.94 billion.

The total contracted sales area for the first five months was about 388,200 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 11,000 per square meter.

Contract sales attributable to the company's equity holders for the cumulative period totaled approximately RMB 2.11 billion.
