2026年9月24日，百德国际有限公司（02668，以下简称“百德国际”）发布公告称，公司根据2026年6月30日所签订的买卖协议，出售目标集团的全部先决条件已全部达成，交易已于同日完成。
完成后，目标集团将不再为百德国际的附属公司，其财务业绩亦不再纳入百德国际的合并财务报表。
公告同时披露，在董事会层面，目前公司由3名执行董事、1名非执行董事及3名独立非执行董事组成，董事会主席兼行政总裁为吴宗传。
