On December 23, 2025, investors represented by lawyer Xu Feng from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm won a first-instance judgment against *ST Poly (300630) at Haikou Intermediate People's Court. The legal team continues to process follow-up cases and accept new investor claims.

*ST Poly received a "Administrative Penalty Decision" from the CSRC on January 4, 2025, disclosing financial misstatements. The company overstated 2021 revenue by 514.6 million yuan (34.11% of reported revenue) and 2022 revenue by 515.9 million yuan (28.56% of reported revenue), with corresponding profit overstatements of 308 million yuan (65.88%) and 387.4 million yuan (88.27%) respectively.

Investors who purchased *ST Poly shares between April 26, 2022 and April 17, 2024, and sold or held shares after April 17, 2024 may still file claims.

Separately, on December 23, 2025, lawyer Xu Feng submitted new claims against Hainan Huatie (603300) to Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court. The CSRC initiated an investigation into Hainan Huatie on October 16, 2025 for suspected information disclosure violations.

This follows Hainan Huatie's September 30, 2025 announcement terminating a 3.69 billion yuan computing service agreement signed in March 2025, citing significant market changes and no purchase orders received.

Investors who bought Hainan Huatie shares between March 5, 2025 and October 1, 2025, and sold or held shares after October 1, 2025 may still file claims.
