Raymond Industrial Limited (stock code: 00229) reported that the total number of issued ordinary shares remained at 501,324,860 as of 30 November 2025, with no changes compared to the previous month. There were no treasury shares in issue, and the share capital had no authorized limit or par value.
The share option scheme did not result in any issuance of new shares or transfers out of treasury during the period. As of the end of the month, up to 50,132,486 shares could potentially be issued or transferred under this scheme. No funds were raised through the exercise of options in November.
