Former Qianli Autonomous Driving chief scientist Qin Hailong has joined Vbot Vita Dynamics as Vice President of Research and Development. He will lead initiatives in world models, spatial intelligence, Agent OS, and humanoid robotics, accelerating the integration of embodied intelligence into home living spaces.

Qin Hailong has extensive experience in autonomous driving and spatial intelligence, with a strong academic background in robotics and computer engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, National University of Singapore, and Pohang University of Science and Technology. He brings over ten years of industrial research and technical management expertise.

Previously, Qin held key technical roles at companies such as NIO Inc. and Qianli Autonomous Driving, serving as NIO's Senior Director of Autonomous Driving and Qianli's Chief Scientist. He led the development and implementation of multimodal foundational models, reinforcement learning, and end-to-end technologies for next-generation autonomous driving solutions, accumulating substantial research experience in physical AI.

Vita Dynamics stated that Qin Hailong's experience in autonomous driving will enhance robots' understanding and autonomous operation capabilities in home environments, promoting the iterative advancement of the company's diverse range of embodied intelligence products.
