New York-based oil tanker company International Seaways (NYSE: INSW) has announced it will release its second-quarter financial results for the period ending June 30, 2026, before the US stock market opens on August 10. A webcast conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM Eastern Time on the same day.

The company is one of the world's largest crude and product tanker operators, running a fleet of approximately 70 vessels, including VLCCs, Suezmax, and Aframax tankers, which transport crude oil and petroleum products. In the first quarter, the company posted strong performance: revenue reached $325 million, up 77.5% year-over-year, while net profit hit a record $286 million, or $5.75 per share, representing a more than fourfold increase from the same period last year. The company concurrently declared a quarterly dividend of $4.55 per share and established a new policy to increase its payout ratio to 85% of adjusted net profit.

Tight capacity in the oil tanker market supported this earnings growth. As of the end of the first quarter, the company had approximately $918 million in liquidity and a net debt ratio below 7%. Management stated that for the second quarter, approximately 45% of operating days' revenue has already been locked in, with an average daily time charter equivalent (TCE) rate exceeding $100,000, far above the breakeven line of about $14,900.

Analysts estimate second-quarter revenue of around $401 million and earnings per share of approximately $5.70, though forecasts vary significantly across different platforms. The company recently realized about $216 million in proceeds from the sale of seven older vessels averaging 17 years of age. Simultaneously, it is advancing its fleet renewal program, with two of four new LR1 vessels delivered in 2026, and the remaining two expected to be delivered in the third quarter.
