CARLINK TECH Holdings Shareholder Transfers HK$126 Million Worth of Stock from Deutsche Bank to Guotai Junan (Hong Kong)

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on April 24, a shareholder of CARLINK TECH Holdings (02531) transferred shares from Deutsche Bank AG to Guotai Junan (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$126 million, representing 6.26% of the company's issued share capital.

Previously, CARLINK TECH Holdings announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB 717 million, an increase of 2.38% year-on-year. However, profit attributable to owners of the company was RMB 20.74 million, a decrease of 53.33% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.06.
