DATANG RENEW (01798) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed Ms. Zou Min's qualification under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules to serve as the company secretary after the exemption period expired. Ms. Kuang Yanping has resigned from her roles as joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorized representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law) (Hong Kong Legal Process Agent), effective December 12, 2025.

Ms. Jian Xuegen has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and Hong Kong Legal Process Agent, effective December 12, 2025. Meanwhile, Ms. Zou Min will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
