2026年4月27日，BOSS直聘-W(02076)发布公告，披露于2026年4月24日在美国纳斯达克全球精选市场回购586,332股A类普通股，约占公司已发行股本的0.06064%。每股回购价格介乎每股6.74美元至6.835美元，合计支付约3,994,122.90美元（约399.41万美元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在840,416,267股，库藏股数依然为0。上述回购事宜已根据2025年6月27日批准的购回授权进行，与此前于本交易所及其他交易所累计回购的14,959,058股一并计算，占授权决议通过当日公司已发行股本约1.6328%。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及有关法律法规，所有回购均获董事会正式授权并符合相关程序。公告由联席公司秘书梁怀元签署。
