中策资本控股有限公司（00235）于2026年1月5日发布2025年12月月报显示，截至2025年12月31日，公司已发行普通股总数为20,385,253,835股，与上月保持一致。报告期内未有新增股份发行、购回或注销行为，亦无库存股份变动。
报告称，公司现行股份期权计划在本月内同样无行使或授出数量变动。截至月末，若相关期权于行权后全部转换，理论上可发行或转让合计2,038,525,383股普通股，但本月并未新增实际发行或产生库藏股转让。
公司表示，所有发售和转让行为均已获得董事会批准，并遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及其他法规要求。公告由执行董事周锦华签署。
