公司公告称，于美国场内共回购57,170股，最高购回价为每股52.47美元，最低购回价为52.47美元，合计耗资2,999,955.73美元，占当日公司已发行股本约0.02%。同期，公司在香港联交所回购19,100股，最高购回价为每股410.4港元，最低购回价为400.8港元，合计耗资7,718,730.2港元，占当日公司已发行股本约0.01%。此外，公司于同日依据长效激励计划发行210股新股，发行价为每股51.99美元。
本次回购及发行后，公司已发行股本变动至353,073,820股。根据公告，回购授权于2025年5月23日获得股东大会通过，公司可回购的股份数量上限为37,239,649股，截至目前累计回购22,312,678股，占已发行股份的5.99%。公告指出，公司已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则和当地法规进行上述回购操作。
