兴达国际控股有限公司(1899)董事会宣布，鉴于公司保留盈利情况，建议向于2026年2月20日收市时名列股东名册的股东派发一次性特别股息，每股0.25港元，合计约4.80亿港元。该建议须待股东于2026年2月10日举行的股东特别大会上通过普通决议案后方能作实，并预计于2026年3月6日前后以现金派付。
根据公告，兴达国际控股有限公司目前已发行股份数约为1,920,125,199股，届时从保留盈利中派付特别股息后，仍将保留充足的财务和营运资金。公司同时将于2026年2月16日至2月20日暂停办理股份过户登记，以厘定股东享有股息的资格。董事会认为，本次派息不会对整体财务状况造成重大不利影响。
