HEPHAESTUS HOLDING (08173) announced that Ms. Tang Yuying has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments. She will also no longer serve as the chair of the Company’s Remuneration Committee or as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective October 23, 2025.
