China Supply Chain Holdings Limited released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance report, covering operations in building maintenance and renovation from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. The report highlights board-level commitment to sustainable development, with attention to three material areas: quality control, customer services, and occupational health and safety.
The company documents key environmental data, including 67.27 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions (tCO2-e) and 38,867.03 kWh of purchased electricity. Efforts to minimize non-hazardous waste led to 1,347.02 tonnes of waste generated, and water consumption measured 85.16 cubic meters. No major cases of non-compliance were identified in areas such as emissions and waste treatment, and no hazardous waste was produced.
In relation to labor practices, the report shows a headcount of 141 employees, comprising 74 males and 67 females. The annual turnover rate stood at 44.76%. The company maintains zero-tolerance for child or forced labor. It also underscores employee safety, recording six work injuries and 1,056 lost days but no work-related fatalities. The adoption of ISO 45001 standards is aimed at reducing risks on-site.
Supply chain practices center on ISO 9001 and 14001 protocols. Eighteen suppliers and subcontractors, all based in Hong Kong, are monitored for quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The company reports zero confirmed corruption cases and has whistleblowing measures in place. While no large-scale community investments were made during the reporting period, the report indicates continued exploration of community engagement opportunities going forward.
