2025年12月31日，蓝箭航天科创板IPO申请获受理，成为科创板第五套上市标准扩围以来首家IPO获受理的公司。值得注意的是，2025年6月以来，在政策密集催化下，蓝箭航天、屹信航天、中科宇航、微纳星空、天兵科技、星河动力等多家商业航天企业已提交辅导备案材料，准备登陆资本市场。
山西证券认为，允许具备核心技术但尚未盈利的企业上市融资，意味着国家有意引导资金向商业航天产业集中，助力国家战略工程落地，商业航天作为国家重点布局方向，已步入新的发展阶段，战略意义不断凸显，未来相关企业有望迎来密集申报，为产业链注入长期发展动能。
