威高股份（股票代码：01066）于2026年6月15日发布公告，宣布于同日通过香港联交所场内回购H股股份56万股。本次回购股份占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0125%。
本次回购的价格介乎每股港币3.28元至3.38元，总金额约港币185.44万元（即1,854,400港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）由4,464,266,324股下降至4,463,706,324股，库藏股数自58,066,000股增至58,626,000股，公司已发行股本总数则维持为4,522,332,324股。
公告显示，此次回购于2026年5月29日获得股东大会授权，授予的回购总额度为446,464,632股。截至目前，公司已合计回购1,300,000股，约占该次授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）数目的0.2912%。公司确认已符合相关上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
