IHH Healthcare announces retirement of Audit Committee member

IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) said on May, 25 2026 that Dato' Sri Muthanna Bin Abdullah, 66, has retired from his position as a member of the company’s Audit Committee, where he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Following the change, the Audit Committee now consists of chairman Chua Bin Hwee and member Satoshi Tanaka, both serving as Independent Non-Executive Directors.

The company added that it will continue to comply with Paragraph 15.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
