佳兆业资本投资集团有限公司（股票代码：00936）宣布，已于近期在董事会会议上通过一项股份购回计划授权。根据公告，公司拟在股东周年大会上寻求批准，最多可购回不超过公司已发行股本（约10%）的股份。公司目前总股本为1,060,000,000股，如获通过，回购上限约为106,000,000股。
佳兆业资本表示，本次回购将根据开曼群岛适用法例以及香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则进行，资金将来源于公司可合法动用的盈余或发行新股所得款项。董事会认为，此举有助于提升每股价值并符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公告显示，在2025年4月至2026年4月期间，佳兆业资本股价曾最高达0.85港元（2025年9月），最低为0.01港元（2025年6月）。公司强调，相关回购授权一旦获得通过，将自股东周年大会审议通过之日起生效，并持续至下届股东周年大会结束或授权被撤销、修订之日为止。
公司股东周年大会定于2026年5月28日举行，届时将审议并表决本次购回授权。董事会提醒有意出席或投票的股东留意过户日期及相关手续安排。
