迅策(03317)发布公告，鉴于公司与金涌投资有限公司(其股份于香港联合交易所有限公司上市(股份代号：01328))之间的潜在战略契合，公司已于2026年1月13日与金涌投资订立不具法律约束力的战略合作框架协议。
双方的战略合作旨在：推进实时数据基础设施的发展，以支持投资研究、交易及风险管理的数字化转型;促进财富管理相关科技产品的创新及商业化，包括实时数据技术在智能估值、风险监测及合规方面的应用，以及为不同行业客户开发标准化SaaS解决方案;探索数据基础设施、人工智能及其他金融科技相关项目的投资机会，以培育“数据+资本”生态系统的融合;及待公司与金涌投资达成进一步协议后，金涌投资可能提供业务服务，如业务拓展咨询、投资及财务咨询、现金管理及╱或资产配置服务。
金涌投资及其附属公司之主要业务包括：提供投资管理服务;及进行战略性直接投资活动。董事会相信，拟与金涌投资进行的战略合作将为公司提供进一步多元化收入来源的机会，并认为订立战略合作协议符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
