商汤集团股份有限公司（00020.HK）于2026年2月4日发布截至2026年1月31日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司法定注册股本总额维持在50,000美元，其中B类普通股对应49,800美元，A类普通股对应200美元，均无增减。
报告期内，B类普通股从上月底的39,810,003,530股增至39,914,193,627股，增加104,190,097股；A类普通股则从614,034,470股减至509,844,373股，减少104,190,097股。公告显示，此次变动主要源自2026年1月16日A类普通股转换成B类普通股所致。当月无新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股行为。
在股权激励方面，SenseTalent Management Limited所持B类股份由1,651,035,680股减至1,635,936,179股，减少部分为15,099,501股。公司同时透露，旗下2022年受限制股份单元计划尚有约20.96亿股B类股份可供未来发行或转让。
公告称，截至报告期末公司在满足香港联交所上市规则要求方面保持合规，并确认所有股份变动活动均获得董事会授权。本次月报由董事徐立签署。
