Paladin to Be Delisted on 27 July 2026 After Failing to Meet HKEX Resumption Requirements

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that the listing of Paladin Limited will be cancelled at 9:00 a.m. on 27 July 2026 under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

Trading in Paladin’s shares has been suspended since 27 November 2024. Under Rule 6.01A(1), the Exchange is empowered to delist a company if trading does not resume within 18 months; the deadline in this case was 26 May 2026. Paladin failed to satisfy the Exchange’s resumption guidance by that date.

On 10 July 2026, the Listing Committee resolved to cancel Paladin’s listing. The Exchange has instructed the company to publish an announcement regarding the delisting and advises shareholders with queries to seek appropriate professional advice.

The delisting will take effect at 9:00 a.m. on 27 July 2026.
