XinXiang Era Group Company Limited issued a shareholder notice on 28 August 2026 confirming that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.xinxiangera.com) as well as on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to provide or update their email addresses through their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to ensure timely receipt of future corporate communications and publication notices. Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will not receive electronic alerts when new documents are posted.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy materials can complete and return the accompanying request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited to obtain printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications. This request will remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
