On September 24, 2026, MSINT LTD sold 23.02 million shares of ZHONG JU INVEST (01959) off-exchange at an average of HKD 1.9 per share, involving about HKD 43.73 million. The transaction was an off-exchange cash consideration, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, MSINT LTD's long position in ZHONG JU INVEST was 325.93 million shares, representing 61.5%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 302.92 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 57.15%.
