公告指出，业绩转负的主要原因包括： 1. 收入大幅减少约0.76亿元，主要因市场环境不佳导致雨伞配件需求下滑； 2. 计提物业、厂房及设备减值损失约0.1亿元。
公司强调，以上数据基于董事会对现有资料及未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，尚未经过审计委员会和核数师审核。按计划，公司将在2026年3月底前公布经审计的2025财年年度业绩。
