Apr 10

China Development Bank International Investment Limited (CDB INT’L INV) has published the following corporate documents on both its own website (www.cdb-intl.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk):

• Annual Report 2025 • Circular dated 10 April 2026 containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) • Proxy form for the AGM

The board recommends shareholders review the online versions to enhance timeliness and reduce paper consumption.

Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the electronic files may request complimentary printed copies—English, Chinese, or both—by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Key procedural points: 1. The printed-copy request remains valid until the end of the current financial year (31 December 2026) unless revoked or superseded. 2. Shareholders preferring ongoing hard-copy communications beyond that date must submit a new written request. 3. Investors holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries should provide an active email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic communications directly.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
