中国中冶（股票代码：01618）于2026年9月18日发布翌日报表公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购人民币普通股（H股）2,944,000股，约占该次回购前公司H股已发行股本的0.1037%。回购价格介乎每股港币1.35元至1.37元，合计支付约400.12万港元。回购完成后，公司H股和库存股数分别维持在2,839,000,000股和0股；该部分回购股份拟注销但截至公告日期尚未注销。
同日，公司亦在上海证券交易所回购人民币普通股（A股）3,940,800股，约占当次回购前公司A股已发行股本的0.02207%，每股回购价介乎人民币2.51元至2.55元，合计支付约999.97万元。回购后，公司A股和库存股数分别维持在17,852,619,170股和0股；该部分回购股份拟注销但截至公告日期尚未注销。
公告显示，本次回购依据公司于2026年6月29日获得的购回授权进行，授权可回购股份总数为283,900,000股。截至本次A部所披露于香港联交所进行的股份回购，公司已累计购回股份50,912,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.79331%。
公司确认，本次回购已经过董事会正式授权并严格遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规。公告由中国中冶联席公司秘书常琦签署。
