宝业集团(02355)宣布，董事会建议就截至2025年12月31日止年度派发每股人民币0.085元的末期股息，相关事项尚待于2026年6月18日的股东大会上批准。
本次末期股息将以港币形式派发，具体兑换汇率及派息日期将另行公布。公司预期除净日期为2026年6月25日，股东需于2026年6月26日16时30分前办理过户登记，股份过户将于2026年6月29日至7月3日暂停。记录日期定于2026年7月3日，当日登记在册的合资格股东有权收取本次股息。
公告显示，公司将根据相关税收协议规定，代扣不同税率的个人和企业所得税。具体适用税率及代扣机制以公司2025年度报告及相关法律法规为准。
