网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年5月27日发布公告，称当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股12.3万股，占当日初始已发行股本约0.05839%，每股回购价介乎119.2港元至123.8港元，总耗资约1,499.63万港元。
同时，公司因首次公开发售前股份奖励计划行使期权发行750股普通股，占当日初始已发行股本约0.00036%。上述交易完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）增至210,535,916股，库存股份增加至7,382,950股。
回购授权于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过，公司可回购的总股数为21,739,953股，截至目前已回购7,051,400股，占当日获授权时已发行股本约3.2435%，剩余可回购额度约14,688,553股。公司确认已遵守香港上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
