CR ASIA (00831) announced that Mr. Chen Chuihui has resigned from his position as company secretary and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 15, 2025. Ms. Zhu Huiling has been appointed as company secretary and authorized representative under Listing Rule 3.05 to succeed the resigning Mr. Chen, effective from August 15, 2025.
